They charge the highest rates possible while providing as little as they can get away with. The tennis court nets are always ripped. The hot tub hasn't worked for years. The pool is always dirty. The bbq area doesn't have seating and the bbqs don't have propane, so they cannot be used. Parking rules change frequently as they don't have enough. I've never lived anywhere with so many pest issues. My apartment has flooded multiple times each time I have to fight to get the mold issues addressed. ...
The office staff changes all the time and they must train them to see us as subhuman as that's how I feel after talking to them. It's just not a well maintained place. We have lived here for years always paying rent on time and taking care of this place like it was our own, but that isn't appreciated.
