Great place to live!
May 12, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve lived here for about 3 years and it’s been a great experience! Maintenance is quick to repair anything that goes wrong. Manager on site makes it easy to communicate any concerns or troubles. Neighbors are quiet. Having utilities included in the rent price and parking are great (especially in LA). The studios are cozy and I recommend moving up to the 1 Br when you can! Grounds are kept clean and it’s nice having a clean pool to hang out at when it gets hot. If you work a day job and are not home Mon-Fri from 8 am - 5 pm you will not have access to your mail until Saturday as mailroom is locked and only open 8 am - 5 pm. Asked for expanded hours or keys for tenants and was ignored.

I would often come home late after work and never felt unsafe in any way getting home which is important especially as a single woman. Management and maintenance are all amazing and caring people. Everything breaks, the cabinets have been the same for over 60 years & refuses to change them when we ask. The cutting board that comes with the kitchen is used before I moved in. They haven’t fixed the Elevator over 3 YEARS!! GYM IS FILLED WITH KIDS STORAGE SO YOU CANT USE IT. Water comes out yellow every time before you use it. I recommend you don’t live here!!!! Convenient
December 19, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThis place is great for convenience. Utilities included and a parking spot at no extra cost (which is very important in LA). Whenever I have an issue, maintenance fixes the problem in a timely manner. Paid laundry on site which is also nice as to not have to go to a laundromat. The location is good, close to a lot of places to eat and a neighborhood that seems to be getting remodeled. Would recommend, especially if you’re starting in your career!
Horrible management, lack of privacy
July 22, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThe only reason to stay here is because it’s affordable. Management sucks. Super rude and have no respect for your privacy. They walk in without notice sometimes. Loud noises are super early in the morning and at night as well. The places are infested with bugs and roaches, doesn't matter how many times you do pest control. The manager only makes it harder for you in every aspect you can imagine. Unless you’re not doing well financially, do not rent this horrible place. Quality 0.

This is an excellent property with great amenities and management. I was looking at a small, but lovely single. The on-site manager was especially helpful and professional in showing the apartment and meticulously going though the terms of rental and what was included with the specific apartment and the complex generally. I especially loved the large swimming pool and the fact the complex has this ...on-site manager and also an on-site maintenance person. Even though I was concerned that the single was too small for my things, it was by far the best I had seen. I left and then came back with a $100 cashiers check to hold the apartment for 3 days. I ultimately decided the apartment was not large enough. I called the manager and picked up my cashier’s check without any problem at all. She was just as nice and professional as she was when she showed me the apartment. I really wish the apartment had been just a bit bigger so I could have lived at this complex.Read More
