The location is awesome, the amenities such as heat included, elevators, ramps, parking, washer and dryers, community room, gym, office manager, maintenance, spacious apartments, great appliances, handicap accessible spaces, gated, inside mailboxes, butterfly safety doors, multiple exits and a package room. September 26, 2024It's a nice place to live. They take care of the building. There are some nice amenities such as the Work out. Room and community room. I find maintenance to be very responsive. And? I have some nice neighbors. The greatest thing I like is that we have parking. So you don't have to park on the street and it's for Residents and some Amenities for visitors to park also. It's extremely hard to find this in the city of chicago. I'm right at the Edge of Hyde Park in Washington Park, where there are ...a lot of. Events happening all the time. Roaches Roaches and Roaches
May 6, 2020I live here. This place is infested with roaches. Not normal size roaches I'm talking 2 1/2 inches long not including the antennas. I've never lived with roaches before, I rarely want to have company. These Roaches are so big I can hear them walking from time to time. I can't believe I moved here, I'm so upset. I hate it here. Take my advice..DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! They said we were supposed to get new entry doors it's been a year and Nope!! My apartment has all new everything and is really nice. They are painting the halls and putting in new flooring and making a new fitness center.
