I have always loved renting from Academy at Drexel Court. The location is awesome, the amenities such as heat included, elevators, ramps, parking, washer and dryers, community room, gym, office manager, maintenance, spacious apartments, great appliances, handicap accessible spaces, gated, inside mailboxes, butterfly safety doors, multiple exits and a package room. I can Only speak for myself. I've been a resident for almost 8 years. I feel very comfortable in my unit and can actually consider it Home. I was thinking of moving a couple times in the past out of state but lost the desire to do so because of the Homey feel of my unit at Drexel. I'm comfortable and appreciate the staff doing such a wonderful job in accommodating my/our needs.

It's a nice place to live. They take care of the building. There are some nice amenities such as the Work out.
Room and community room. I find maintenance to be very responsive. And?
I have some nice neighbors.
The greatest thing I like is that we have parking.
So you don't have to park on the street and it's for Residents and some Amenities for visitors to park also. It's extremely hard to find this in the city of chicago. I'm right at the Edge of Hyde Park in Washington Park, where there are ...

Well I've been at Drexel since 2017. When I first arrived it was in transformation of receiving new management I believe and I can honestly say it's been nothing but up since I've been here. I feel safe, my neighbors are quite courteous and pretty much I love the fact we have cameras as a part of security.

I live here. This place is infested with roaches. Not normal size roaches I'm talking 2 1/2 inches long not including the antennas. I've never lived with roaches before, I rarely want to have company. These Roaches are so big I can hear them walking from time to time. I can't believe I moved here, I'm so upset. I hate it here. Take my advice..DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! They said we were supposed to get new entry doors it's been a year and Nope!! The buzzer to my apartment has never worked!!They ...

I just moved here and wanted to comment. There is new owners and management in place and they are making lots of improvements. My apartment has all new everything and is really nice. They are painting the halls and putting in new flooring and making a new fitness center. There’s a new Jewel/Osco around the corner that just opened too. This place is looking great.
