October 28, 2025Wonderful 5 years living at Academy on Fourth! We moved into this marvelous apartment community shortly after it opened in 2020. My wife and I loved living there and would still be there if the 4th Street Bridge weren't about to close for 2 years. The staff and maintenance teams are top-notch! We loved the location and the covered parking garage. Lots of fun things to do within the immediate area. Just pop down the elevator, walk outside, and you're in the midst of dozens of great restaurants. ...The location just can't be beat. Highly recommened!Property Manager Responded

The hospitality here is really what attracts me, they do events each month and seem to have a small community there. The maintenance crew has a great reputation as well, Rhonda says they may even be more popular than her! Sharp operation, hospitable touches, bright, clean and sleek design, very welcoming to pets. You can pretty much walk or get to anywhere you want really easily and it’s in a very safe area.
