    Amazing place to live! I’ve lived at Academy on 4th now for a little under 2 months but it’s been amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and you honestly can’t beat the location. You can pretty much walk or get to anywhere you want really easily and it’s in a very safe area. I’d recommend scheduling an appointment and checking out the complex if you’re looking for an apartment!

    Best move in experience I’ve ever had! Rhonda and Melissa at Academy on 4th rock! They provided the best move-in experience I’ve ever had into an apartment complex. They were very quick to respond throughout the entire process and made sure that I had everything I needed for move-in. Kudos to both of them and I’m excited to live at Academy on 4th!

    Motor replaced on dishwasher Rick did an excellent job replacing the motor on my dishwasher. And the part came in two days so he was very prompt and cleaned up the mess.
