February 2, 2026Our heat wasn't working during the recent cold snap and snow storm Last week, while we were experienceing the extreme cold and 10 inches of snow was falling, I put in a maintenence request around 5 PM saying that our heat was not working and it was getting colder in the apartment. Everyone in the office was gone I was sure we'd be using the electric blanket all evening just to sit and watch TV. A knock sounded at the door and there was our favorite maintence guy, RJ. WIthin a few minutes the ...breaker was switched on and we were getting warmer! He came back to work after getting home because he saw our request and wanted to make sure we were okay. I could not believe it! He also showed up with treats for our dog, who immediately sat pretty and now is a big fan of his! Living here is not just fun, it's a community that takes care of us. October 28, 2025Wonderful 5 years living at Academy on Fourth! We moved into this marvelous apartment community shortly after it opened in 2020. My wife and I loved living there and would still be there if the 4th Street Bridge weren't about to close for 2 years. The staff and maintenance teams are top-notch! We loved the location and the covered parking garage. Lots of fun things to do within the immediate area. Just pop down the elevator, walk outside, and you're in the midst of dozens of great restaurants. ...The location just can't be beat. Highly recommened!Property Manager Responded

July 26, 2025Can't wait to move in! Rhonda is the best! She gave a very informative and fun tour of some units and the grounds, which are beautiful. The hospitality here is really what attracts me, they do events each month and seem to have a small community there. The maintenance crew has a great reputation as well, Rhonda says they may even be more popular than her! Sharp operation, hospitable touches, bright, clean and sleek design, very welcoming to pets.
