The leasing office does not care about the people who live here. Took almost a year to get a new washer and dryer. Still waiting almost a week for them to get back to us about mold coming through our ceiling. Ice and snow all over the sidewalks 2 weeks after snow storm and they’ve basically told us good luck.

It's clear why this is; the complex has changed management companies twice in that same time. Unit toured was not the unit given to me in the lease but they took advantage of timing and the last second swap to force me into the lease. Building has black mold, regular leaks in ceiling and appliances that only ever seem to receive temporary fixes from the maintenance team. The maintenance team ignored notes on requests for an appointment for a renter to be present to let themselves into units for repairs (if they even did the repairs), and I suspect they abused my dog and left the unit ...
