Not Just Another Apartment
June 5, 2025I've been here 6 months now which is a fair amount of time to see how things are really really done. Accent really is an upgraded apartment that really does have a big kitchen with lots of storage with all new appliances, it really does have a big bath tub and a washer and dryer included. An amazing amenity package including a big pool and hammocks to chill in and a spacious gym to work out in , but what you don't know is the maintainance team goes above and beyond do help you out, the leasing ...staff makes day to day living here feel like home. They schedule socials, food trucks, give aways, contests and even listen to your soap opera of a love life! Where can you live in a city full of strangers that everyday you know the folks that keep this place running care about your safety, comfort and care. Beautiful and Quiet
April 29, 2025It's been very nice and peaceful living here. I haven't had any issues except for the lack of parking spaces. Management/staff has been excellent. Especially Faitima! The pool, gym, and amenities are very nice however, I do wish they had a pool table. They use Fetch which I think should be optional since I've been paying for a service that I NEVER use but almost every complex is using it now. Even with a few minor inconveniences, I still give this property 5 stars and would definarely recommend ...this complex to anyone.Property Manager Responded

I love calling this place my home
April 29, 2025Here at Accent Berkeley everyone here is super nice. The neighbors everyone in the leasing office. It’s great here! I was super particular about when moving is pest and critters I do not like any kind on any spectrum. Thankfully, because of how clean and how well they do the control here I did not have to deal with any of that my first year living.The leasing office everyone in there they are very attentive and love hosting events for our community to bring us together which I also love highly ...recommended. Best Apartment thus far (as a Charlotte Native)
April 29, 2025I’ve been living here since Sept 2024 and it’s the best apartment i’ve lived in thus far. Main reason being i’ve had several issues with past leasing offices, but the employees here are good with getting back to you and solving any issues asap. Also, the maintenance team is quick to respond to work orders so that’s a plus for me. Besides that, the apartment itself is super spacious and updated. The only thing I wish is that the pet park had some fake grass and obstacle style course or something ...out there to make it more exciting for the pets. Also, as a charlotte native the apartment complex is in a pretty chill area but around it is so much to do and several grocery stores from lidl, trader joe’s, harris teeter, food lion, walmart they’re all within a one minute to ten minute drive, fumee hookah lounge in walking distance (literally one parking lot over) and uptown charlotte/south end/noda etc) all within a 15-20min driveProperty Manager Responded
