Great Clean Apartments

So far my stay at this apartment has been great, the staff is friendly, my neighbors are lovely, and the area is great. I love to go for a morning walk on the side road next to the units. The pool was great during the summer months and right next to the gym, makes for a good post workout dip.

I've been here 6 months now which is a fair amount of time to see how things are really really done. Accent really is an upgraded apartment that really does have a big kitchen with lots of storage with all new appliances, it really does have a big bath tub and a washer and dryer included. It's been very nice and peaceful living here. I haven't had any issues except for the lack of parking spaces. Management/staff has been excellent. Especially Faitima! The pool, gym, and amenities are very nice however, I do wish they had a pool table. They use Fetch which I think should be optional since I've been paying for a service that I NEVER use but almost every complex is using it now. Even with a few minor inconveniences, I still give this property 5 stars and would definarely recommend ...
this complex to anyone.

Here at Accent Berkeley everyone here is super nice. The neighbors everyone in the leasing office. It’s great here! I was super particular about when moving is pest and critters I do not like any kind on any spectrum. Thankfully, because of how clean and how well they do the control here I did not have to deal with any of that my first year living.The leasing office everyone in there they are very attentive and love hosting events for our community to bring us together which I also love highly ...
