July 1, 2025It's a lovely and quiet place to live. Apts are spacious with all the amenities I was looking for. Residents are respectful. Not very social but the few residents I have met so far are super nice. The team in the office is wonderful. The maintenance teams are really responsive and so nice. Only watch out is extra fees & a new policy to rent the cabanas to host any friends at the pool. Monetizing a very basic amenity at a place this expensive put a damper on my otherwise great experience.Property Manager Responded

March 19, 2025Accent is really nice and the amenities are great! The hot tub is surprisingly large! Love that the fitness/gym overlooks the pool. The grounds, hallways, common areas, everywhere is very clean and has a resort feel. The office staff are all so nice. The complex is in a great location near shops, dining, tourist areas, the beach. The complex is beautiful and has everything. We're really glad we found it and have enjoyed our first month here!Property Manager Responded

September 30, 2024Accent has been a wonderful place to live for me, my husband, and our dog. We use the amenities regularly, and the dog washing station has been a life saver. After coming from an apartment with a horrible management company, accent has been a breath of fresh air. Everyone in the leasing office has been incredible and responds to any concerns promptly.
