Rude, Careless, Unprofessional
April 15, 2026The staff at the Accolade do not care about you or any problem you may have. They are cold and rude. They provide no guest parking at the Accolade which has led to numerous friends getting towed and paying heavy fees. The Accolade prays on poor college students and attempts to drain them of what little they already have. The fees, charges, and insane towing have cost me. They will milk you on the move out and during your entire stay here. Stay away.Review from Apartments.com

April 7, 2026Accolade has been a nice place to live, close to campus, walking distance (about 10-15 minutes) from the library and other great areas around Auburn. I think the trash issue got a bit crazy at times and have had issues with a few of my apartment facitilies, but they were all fixed in a reasonable amount of time after reaching out.Review from Apartments.com
