Personel lacks safety training
March 29, 2024Do not move here. Your safety is not prioritized. If you have the bar across your screen door have it removed. You will be locked out. The maintenance people will encourage you to break your own windows. If you are a single person who lives on their own, please take all precautions to review how Adair will protect you. I was locked out of a second story patio late at night due to the bar falling down. No way to get out besides someone with a ladder or breaking a window. The maintenance man said I ...could break the window. I suffered nerve and tendon damage due to their personel not having emergency training. They were well warned twice via service portals and in person to remove this safety concern.Property Manager Responded

not worth it
August 25, 2021when we moved in, they were hyping up their new multi million dollar renovation, and it quickly became clear that they cut every corner possible with that renovation. unfinished cabinets, our dishwasher wasn't even connected, and there are so many cracks in the walls where roaches come in constantly. were told by the staff "it's only that bad because it's summer" but no apartment that costs this much should have roaches daily. the only good thing about this place is the one overworked maintenance ...guy. he's very sweet.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The BEST office and maintenance staff
December 16, 2019We have lived here for almost 7 years and LOVE it. There have been 3 management companies and several different office and maintenance staff. They never disappoint. They are always so friendly and always answer my requests in very timely manner. The current office staff is like family. My little girl loves Alexa and Lisa. We stop in almost everyday to say hi. Takes Your Money AND Sells "Debt" Again
July 2, 2019While it wasn't a bad place to stay, but after I moved out I have had a horrible experience with Adair off Addison. After I moved out over a year ago they sent me a bill that was zeroed out at the end. I did not receive any security deposit back but saw the itemized bill they sent that was about the same cost as the security deposit, so I was fine with that. Now one year later apparently the whole bill was sold to a debt collector, so they didn't even use my security deposit to pay off the bill ...they charged me? I have tried to resolve this with the apartment complex to see if this is in error or they are purposely stealing from me, but they are completely non responsive.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Addair is great living but pricey for the ammenties offered
April 17, 2017Lived here for almost 2 years and enjoy the location, safety of the community, location to restaurants, stores, and dog park, as well as, the spacious square footage of the apartments. The updates were extremely disappointing, windows and doors need updating, cupboards were all painted black and needed a flashlight to see dishes, and grounds are dog poop ridden. The gym and 3 pools are very nice if they are kept clean in the summer. Overall, this is a great community but would prefer staff that ...has better customer service skills. There seems to be a ton of people moving often, probably due to rising apartment prices but the area is what kept me. RUN FAR AWAY..... DONT DO IT
December 6, 2016Do not move here. I've been here for over a year and they are still apparently doing updates and remolding. Where at I don't know but that's what they say. I have been living in a waste field since I've moved here dumpsters everywhere. Bugs are TERRIBLE no matter how clean you are. Office staff is okay as long as you don't communicate with Ceaser. Only thing good about these apartments is parking is great when the lot isn't filled with garbage dumpsters or tore up from the dumpsters sitting ...there for soooooooo long. The updates are nice but cheap. The prices are going up for what reason idk why you might as well move to one of the NEW surrounding apartments and high-rises, these apartments are NOT worth the headache. I cant wait to move. Adair Off Addison
August 16, 2015We have been eyeing this property since 2014 but due to income issues we were unable to move in. We suddenly move here on June 2015 and finally got into this property, now that we are here we learn that the property had recently change owner and they are me king some remodeling. In the 2 months we been here they renew the leasing center, gym, pool, mailing center, laundry rooms, and whole parking, not to say that the inside of each apartment are fully renewed with great updates.
