Nice place to live!

The guys, Nick, Kevin and Aaron are great and always accommodating to my apartment needs. Aaron always makes me feel welcomed and he always has time to listen to me when I go into the Sales Office.

Wonderful experience

I love living at The Adara. The staff are helpful and friendly. The property is beautiful and private. I've been a resident for a year and signed another year lease. I love my home and plan to stay!

We LOVE living here!

We moved from California, and we were impressed with Adara and the staff from day one. The pictures online were excellent and Aaron and the entire staff has bent over backward to see that we feel comfortable here. The apartment has the perfect floorplan, and with a heated garage the cold winter was hardly noticeable. From pest control to pool maintenance everything is very well managed. We are grateful for the beautiful Clubhouse and gorgeous Pool! The easy and caring attitude of the Staff is ...
the Sixth Star on this review as they are OVER THE TOP "Excellent in service and care." We love living in Kansas so much now and a huge reason is the staff at Adara. Managing property and serving people is not easy, and this team makes both look like it's a snap! Thank you and Merry Christmas!

It's OK

The apartment is nice and what little contact I've had with the staff was always great. The only negative is the pile of trash next to the only trash bin in the complex every weekend. Seems too difficult to have trash removal twice a week I guess. Typical corporate managed complex, make the tenants pay for everything you can think of while letting a management problem go unchecked.

Do not live here!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Cheaply made! Thin walls, $250-$300 a month electric bills for a family of two and they will charge you for a stove top when you move out!! They charged my family for one, because the burner showed signs of wear and tear... yup that’s what you do, you cook on them! They sent us the invoice and the invoice had three other stove tops they ordered at the same time from charging others who moved out. Class action coming their way!!

  Jason, we are disappointed with this review as some of the things you have stated are inaccurate. It is our top priority to ensure that our residents receive excellent service and we did our best to provide your family of three with this at all times. Electric bills are based on your actual usage, direction of apartment and how cool/warm you like to keep your apartment home. The new glass stove top was damaged beyond normal wear and tear, resulting in it needing to be replaced and we forwarded the actual receipt and pictures onto you. The invoice did not have three other stove tops on it and you were only charged for the replacement of yours. We do not make up false charges or gouge anyone for unnecessary charges We are very glad to discuss this matter in further detail with you and can be reached at 913-239-0340.
