Clean and Quiet Environment
March 4, 2026I had moved into this new apartment building back in August of 2023 and must compliment the management team for maintaining the interior & exterior of the property. The common areas are always clean, the staff is friendly and efficient! A special recognition to my property manger, Lisa. She has gone above and beyond to help me and her positive energy in infectious. The parking lots are secure with ample lighting at night. Clean/Quiet Community
March 2, 2026I had moved into this new building back in August of 2023 and must say that is still well maintained (interior & exterior). The common areas such as the community room & fitness room are always kept clean, my dog enjoys his bath in the dog wash! The maintenance technician is friendly and efficient when it comes to any work orders. The security guard always has a smile when answering a question or just walking by and saying Hi! A special recognition to our property manager, Lisa. She goes above ...and beyond to help her tenants and her positive energy is infectious! This property is within walking distance to the Health Education Campus, Case Western Reserve, Cleveland Clinic Main Campus and The Dental Institute. I personally have had no safety issues walking back and forth from The Cleveland Clinic at various hours. February 18, 2025I moved in over a year ago. I have enjoyed the convenience of how close it is to Cleveland Clinic and Case Western Reserve. I have spent a lot of time at the near by restaurants. Home Sweet Home
February 18, 2025I moved into this beautiful apartment building back in July of 2023 and I must say it’s conveniently located near Case Western and The Cleveland Clinic. The interior of the building is modern, quiet and clean. Since the new security measurements were added to the front parking lot, that in itself has a made a HUGE difference! Utilizing the fitness room 24/7 is definitely a bonus due to different work schedules. Management not only cares about their tenants but is responsive to our needs. Too many car break ins
July 7, 2024There have been multiple car break ins for months in the Addis View apartments parking lots. It is seriously unsafe to be here. Management does not do anything about it. Packages get stolen, front and back doors broken, gate left open. Security is not the priority at Addis View.Property Manager Responded
February 12, 2025Car break-ins have been a problem all over the city of Cleveland. Addis View took several measures to improve the security of our parking lots. As out tenants witnessed in September 2024, we installed a rolling gate to the parking lot across the street and making it secured and accessible to authorized tenants only. We also installed AI CCTV with 24 hours live monitoring on all our parking spaces. Addis View also started using a designated security vehicle to be utilized by our security guard to monitor both parking lots. We always take the safety of our tenants seriously and we did improve the security of the parking lots. The building offers a parcel pending service where packages can be place in a locked locker. Addis View is a secured building with key fob access only making it accessible to authorized individuals only. Our front and back doors are always locked and secured and were never broke. Gate can only be opened with a transmitter given to authorized individuals and it ...automatically closes in few seconds. Addis View Management
