For those looking for more of a quiet life, the Addison Apartment Homes is the place for you. Located just South of Canterbury Park, the Addison offers serene grounds to lesurely stroll around, immuculate buildings, and a newly remodeled club house which houses a 24-hour fitness center and seasonal outdoor pool. The location is amazing! I work in Eden Prairie and having 101 so close means I can get to work in 10 minutes. Being able to walk to Canterburry race track is definitely a plus too. I only have lived here 3 months but so far it's going well. I live on the third floor which I love but the neighbor below us does pound on the ceiling or wall a lot (they must be old and crabby) the pool is great, fitness center is kind of dumpy. The price id say is high I pay $1010 a month for rent for 1 bedroom and ...

you do have to pay electric & gas. All in all its not too bad!
