I have lived here since the building opened up in June 2019. I have to say that I absolutely love my apartment. My view is breathtaking. It is always super quiet and everyone is so friendly. Management is always proactive by sending out emails to everyone with building updates, etc so the communication is more than stellar. I am really glad I found a home here at Adell and I am waiting for my renewal so i can extend for another year.

Lots of noise

This place just has a lot of noise. They don't really abide to their 10 O'clock rule. I've asked the manager for help 3 times now.
