        This property and management lacks any sophistication and has been poor towards its tenants. Last year, (prior to the new management company) staff were friendly, issues were resolved, and tenants came first. This year, there is disregard for policy, poor staff, and a-holes working up top. Will be taking business elsewhere next year.

        I love living here. I have been here for almost 2 years and only had one incident where I did not receive stellar customer service, and the management company promptly took care of the one incident and made sure I was taken care of. Cant say enough great things about this community. :)

        Modera Flats has been an excellent place to live as an employee in the medical center. The building is safe and well-maintained, the apartments are beautiful, the parking is convenient, and the location is unbeatable.
