May 22, 2024This property and management lacks any sophistication and has been poor towards its tenants. Last year, (prior to the new management company) staff were friendly, issues were resolved, and tenants came first. This year, there is disregard for policy, poor staff, and a-holes working up top. I have been here for almost 2 years and only had one incident where I did not receive stellar customer service, and the management company promptly took care of the one incident and made sure I was taken care of.
