September 28, 2025Adobe Highlands is a grea place to live in Bullhead. My 2 bedroom apartment is phenomenal and features 2 full baths. We shopped around and found this the best option for the money. The gym is small but very nice. Resort style pool and spa are sparking clean. Location is great next to stores, river, restaurants. Safe and clean complex. Management and staff live on-site. We had a small issue that was promptly deal with by friendly and responsive maintenance personnel. Highly recommended.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible!
September 13, 2025I am really surprised that ther aren't more negative reviews here. Do your research folks. Check out all the bad reviews on google and believe them! That big glossy brochure is fake marketing - pretend gym is a joke, hot tub broken 90% of the nearly 4 months I was there (Manager Robert blames head office unwilling to fund upgrades), derelict cars all over the parking lot. We had a bed bug infestation Robert is unattentive, no show for appts., no call, finally sprayed chemical on the baseboards & ...never came back, followed up, checked - nothing. Your security deposit? - be prepared to go to court as I am. Robert is a dishonest, deceitful manager who should not be in a position of trust. September 24, 2018I am so glad my lease is about to be up. The management office is awful. They are rude and they harass you for everything. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Excellent Apartments
January 10, 2018The Adobe Highlands were my first apartments, and it was wonderful! I lived there for a year in Oct. 2015 to Oct. 2016. Maintenance was awesome and the complex is relatively small, and quiet; just how I like it . They offered a washer and dryer for an extra 30 dollars a month, I do not know if they have changed this price since I lived here. When I first moved in there were few dings in the counters and bathtubs, but nothing drastic. The apartment lets a lot of light in and has LOTS of room in ...each room, and there are trees everywhere in the complex. Pool was always clean, their gym is definitely small, not for those who are serious about their gym time. The clubhouse is spacious and gorgeous. I did have one incident where someone had stolen my license plate, but never heard or had any other "criminal activity" happen in the complex. My apartment had a fireplace, for which I understand only the third floor apartments have. I never did have a bad experience with staff or the apartment itself. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone in the area, I'm even thinking of going back after my lease is up at my current apartment (I moved in with my now fiancé after my lease was up at the Adobe's, since his apartments lease wasn't up until the following July.) The management staff does a wonderful job and handles any issues professionally and quickly. Maintenance staff does a phenomenal job handling any issues quickly and professionally. Very happy I chose to move here!
April 16, 2016Hello all, I have lived here for a few months now and have nothing negative to say about my apartment, the staff, or the complex. The pool and laundry rooms are clean and the complex is up kept, and peaceful. I wanted to wait until I had to deal with a major problem until I wrote a review on this place, and last night I had noticed my water heater was leaking quite a lot. Today, I called the emergency maintenance line and got through to someone within two rings... At 8:00am on a Saturday!!! ...Someone was here within the hour and quickly figured out we needed a whole new water heater. I'm not kidding when I tell you the whole process only took about two hours, if that. I am so appreciative of and impressed with their maintainence staff! This guy lugged two water heaters up and down a flight of stairs and got my water heater all set up with a smile and a friendly attitude.
