July 16, 2024I recently moved into Advenir at Clermont and have been extremely disappointed with my experience so far. The maintenance team is slow to respond to requests and often does a subpar job, leading to recurring issues in my apartment. The management is unresponsive and unhelpful, making it difficult to resolve any concerns or issues that arise. Additionally, the noise level in the complex is unbearable, with constant disruptions from loud neighbors and construction work. Poor management and no maintenance
June 15, 2024Apartment was not rent ready, when we moved in. All items were never fixed. Management constantly turning over. Closed out tickets for repairs, when no one even came to apartment. Myself and all my neighbors have cameras on the door. Parking is terrible. The leasing office is always losing paper work and asking for it over and over again.Review from Apartments.com

Anywhere but here
February 23, 2022Out of all of the apartment complexes I have lived in, this one is by far the worse one. First off I wasn’t able to be shown an apartment because they were short staffed and a leasing employee also stated they are unable to show the apartment due to rain (drizzling in summer). Mail here is horrible, you get a key to a broken mailbox that does absolutely nothing at all. The apartment itself is roomy however the units were not cleaned properly before “renovations” aka they literally painted over ...hair that is stuck on baseboards and doors. Huge drain and trash problems… valet trash is a joke. Management office sends out emails to remind residence how trash must be kept however valet company almost never comes and didn’t supply a can big enough for a normal sized bag. Would have no problem walking trash to the compactor however you can’t get to it because 95% of the time it’s full of trash in the walkway and compactor full or broken. The leasing people are totally lost except for one, Jennifer is wonderful. They attempted to conduct a search of residences’ garages because they did not know who actually had a garage or keys. Multiple emails sent out stating large fine for anyone not picking up their dogs messes and that their are multiple clean up stations. Every station in the entire complex hasn’t been refilled since I moved here. Multiple issues with billing, that you won’t be notified about until months later. Maintenance guys are cool and do respond quickly however they can only work with what is given. Last but not least, when you give your notice of termination they include a super long detailed list of how every little thing needs to cleaned however I wish the same effort was put into my apartment when I was first given a key. Great Place to live
August 19, 2021I moved here from New York in November and could not imagine a better place to live. The staff are kind generous and helpful and have turned from an apartment to a home for me and my two children. The people here are very friendly and have been very helpful. My 10 year old daughter and 13 year old son are always out with the other kids in the community either riding their bikes, playing tennis or basketball or just enjoying the pool. At the end of the day my kids and I enjoy sitting by the pool ...and watch the most amazing sunset you will ever see. If you have children, from pre-k through high school, the bus picks them up right near the club house making it convenient for both parent and child. This is an amazing place, with a fantastic and friendly staff, for both those who have children and those who don't. I cannot picture living anywhere else.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Better apartments around town
April 23, 2021I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. There are better choices in the area. Madison Clermont has gone down hill over the past few years with multiple management and ownership changes. The management at the front office currently have no regard for residents and lack integrity. There is a lot of crime in the neighborhood now with drug dealers hanging out in the complex late at night, the amount of trash on the sidewalks and in the parking lot is disgusting and the trash compactor ...often is locked and trash bags piled all the way from the entrance of the compactor, down the sidewalk. Excellent place to live!!
December 9, 2020We’ve lived here for almost a year now. I find this like a nice place to raise your children, it is quite and have beautiful views! The patios and balconies are beautiful! Staff is really nice. You can have really nice walks around the place. Unfortunately we have to leave, we are living in a 1 bedroom apartment and need a bigger one, and there’s none available by the time of our lease ending. The next person who lease our apartment is going to be a lucky one! We never had any problem with ...this apartment nor our neighbors. The lady living in front of us is super nice! We will miss her! We wish we didn’t have to leave! Of course, every person has their own experiences. Ours was very very good! But there’s those who doesn’t have that luck. What I can say is that if you are looking for a nice place to live, this is one of the best ones in the area!Property Manager Responded
