April 24, 2025They are money hungry! Been here 2 years simply because when my lease was up inflation drove me to stay with the fluctuating housing prices. If you stay on the left entrance side in building 2/4 maintenance takes up an all but one single car garage which is already occupied by a resident that’s been her a long time. In addition, they have over head parking randomly thrown up but charge to park under, leaving many people like myself to have to park far away from their house, in the permit ...parking/ visitor parking. The manger at the moment says it’s not his problem and his only solution is to charge for parking. BUT If you go on the other side (right) they have numerous open available parking areas for permit/ visitors. The manger himself doesn’t care for the convenience and safety of his tenants despite being physically shown the difference and given several solutions.Property Manager Responded

Don’t Move Here! Please!
June 1, 2024I wish I would have read the reviews for this complex before moving in because everything everyone is writing is true! The A/C units don’t work. Appliances in the apartment have broken at least once and I have only lived here for about 4 months. Pests are rampant here and I’m pretty sure my animals have caught something since being here. Breaks happen often here and management does little about it. I have lived in better apartments for less money. I’m actively trying to find a way to get out of ...here.Property Manager Responded

Terrible
November 16, 2023I moved here over a year ago and it was great, but now I’m so ready to leave! Don’t waste your time moving here unless you’re okay with maintenance issues that don’t get taken care of, and rude management. They can’t keep a property manager for longer than 4 months at a time. The office hours are not what they say online, they’re barely open; even when they are open you’re dealing with a rude front desk agent (who also probably just started a week ago and won’t last a month). The pool was green ...pretty much the whole summer too. These apartments will never be worth the money. I miss the old managers, old maintenance crew, they were so much nicer and actually cared about you. Do not move here
June 26, 2023Please do not rent here. When you have serious issues you have go in the office and threaten to call the police to get the staff to act. I called on 6/22/2023, left a email on 6/23/23 about an empty apartment beneath me being unlocked and a homeless man living in the apartment. The Assistant Manager smiled and stated that she would take care of it. 20 mins later I had to go back in to the office and threaten to call the police to have them lock the doors. The staff DOES NOT care about their ...tenets. All they are worried about is you paying the rent. They are losing all of the tenets due to their lack of empathy and compassion to the tenets. At the end of the day we are CUSTOMERS and you would not have a job if it was not for us patronizing this complex. You have to ride them about getting maintenance to service your apartment. The Assistant Manager is lazy, rude and does not care! There's now a new manager, hopefully she gets new staff and supports the tenets. I have been calling and complaining about the trash service that we are be charged for and they are not picking up the trash and you can not opt out this service BUT THEY DO NOT CARE!!! May 9, 2017If you like getting towed, crime, consistently broken appliances, and impolite staff, then Advenir is the place for you. These apartments are pure trash. If you are forced to move in, make sure every single communication is in writing. From Park Lakes to Advenir
April 9, 2017The apartments are located conveniently to many necessities but unfortunately you are also in a very busy traffic area. A lot of what happens at the NRG stadium will affect you traffic wise. The apartments are very nice and if you are willing to pay extra you are guaranteed a parking space (hopefully close enough to your apartment), if you do wish to pay extra you are at your own risk in trying to find a parking. The front desk will always welcome you with a wonderful smile and Traci will do ...all she can to make sure that you are satisfied in every way. No Parking Spaces
January 23, 2017They say they're going to fix the parking issues and so they give out parking stickers. It didn't do much. I work the night shift sometimes and when I get home around midnight or later there is absolutely no parking. Even with my sticker, it doesn't matter, They'll still tow you. So if I work the night shift and I come home after all of the parking spots are taken I get towed. The only way I can ensure I won't get towed is if I BUY a parking port, but nope, guess what? They're out of parking ...ports. So guess what I have to do now? Buy a garage! Which isn't even guaranteed to be near my apartment oh! And here's the cherry on top, it costs more than paying for a car port!!! They'll tow my car but nooo, they won't tow the people who don't have a parking sticker and parks in the non-visitor parking spaces. I feel like the apartment complex is not being reasonable and forcing my hand to buy a garage or unintentionally putting a curfew on me. The staff is not helpful at all. They are not doing anything to rectify the situation. You just keep getting towed because they can't seem to understand that they need to expand their parking spaces. I've never had trouble with parking at any other apartment complex. If I ever did have an issue with an apartment complex, they would have done everything they could to try and help me. I've only been here a month and so far, I'm not impressed. I wouldn't recommend living here unless you want to shed out $222 every time your car gets towed. We pay rent for the apartment complex to manage it, and they are definitely not doing that.
