New Leasing Agent
December 25, 2019I LOVE Mary the manager she has a Wonderful customer service, But there is a New Leasing Agent who NEVER answers the phone when she is by herself, She is very Mean, Unprofessional & Careless. She is Not willing to help you at all. Everytime she looks for excuses to not help you. My Aunt has been living here for 5 years and she will not Renew In 2 moths the poor customer service here is making us leave the property.!Property Manager Responded

Biggest regret
March 27, 2019If I could go back to the day I signed my least and take it back I would. This has been the worst “home” I have ever lived in. I will not resign my lease here. They constantly try to over charge for ridiculous things. Every month it’s something new and I will not be ripped off. Maria is an awful employee and I don’t see how she still has her job. She is rude and very disrespectful. Not willing to even talk about the ridiculous allegation towards me instead she made it into a joke like it’s funny ...that they are putting me through this stress every month. I’m beyond happy I only signed a six month lease. I can not wait to get out of this apartment. If you are wondering if this is a good place to live it’s not... you will regret ever signing a lease with this placeProperty Manager Responded
