    Washing machine and dryer are very old and needs replacing. Kitchen burners are old and doesn't work as expected and burn lot of electricity.

    The community is clean & nice. The maintenance guys are so friendly & active and of course helpful. All time security service is just amazing. We feel so secure. This community use to organize blood donation camp, Easter, thanks giving, Christmas, valentines day. And it’s just lovely. Whenever we need any problem just contact our leasing office team, they are always trying to help us quickly. Overall a nice environment. Happy living. Highly recommended.

    My experience at Alanza Brook has been positive so far. From the guided tour with Paula to the Welcome Day with Joan, everything has been great. Whenever I've needed maintenance to take care of something in my apartment, they have responded quickly. The community is kept clean and safe. I only noticed a few minor details in the apartment when I moved in.

    It's been great living here, never had any trouble with management and maintenance are super helpful. I wished people would pick up after themselves more because I keep seeing trash from residents scattered everywhere.

    Great apartment complex. Been living here for 12 years. Safe and clean with a great location to major freeways. Marisol, Luisa, Alicia, Paola, and Emily in the office are an asset to the complex. Maintenance is completed in a timely manner, and Jose does a great job. Manual does a fabulous job of keeping the pool beautiful and greeting guests. We have the best security officer ever - A.B. Is the best! Neighbors in the complex are friendly, have good character and values, and create a community ...
