Found Few Maintenance things that has to be addressed when i moved in, the maintenance guy didnt even pick up the trash and left it inside the house

I have had a mostly positive experience living at Alanza Brook Apartments. The community is generally well maintained, and the overall living environment has been comfortable and pleasant. I really enjoy living here. The maintenance team does a great job and fixes things quickly. Every time I submit a work order, it gets resolved on time without any hassle. The apartment complex is also very quiet and peaceful. There are no disturbances or loud noises, so it is a very comfortable place to live. I highly recommend it if you want a stress-free home.

Although I technically became a resident, my apartment was not and is not move in ready. While Paola has been amazing and is doing everything she can to help me, it’s been disappointing to have things not ready and to have major misses on the apartment readiness that I wasn’t made aware of beforehand. Even after being made aware of the tubs needing to be resurfaced and the stove needing to be replaced, once I entered the apartment myself, I had to make the leasing office aware of several other ...
