the carpet was so gross when we moved in and they didn’t do anything about it. The cabinets are extremely water damaged and sometimes the AC smells mildewy. The walls are paper thin; I can hear conversations from my neighbors through the walls, although they are just reallllly loud people. Pretty sure something sketchy happened in the complex last week bc forensic evidence SUVs were parked in-front of a building where an ambulance and fire truck had been days before—wish they’d address that ...
instead of saying “there’s been an increase in car break ins therefore we will be keeping the gate closed 24/7 for the next week.” the gates have been broken for 80% of the time I’ve lived here. Maintenance is good now but they didn’t use to be. Living here is decent I guess but I wouldn’t have moved here if I would have looked at the unit before I moved in. Pay the same amount elsewhere for a better deal.

Hello, Alaris is a great place to stay, extremely quiet and lowkey. I had a roomate the first time I signed my lease and when I renewed it I got a one bedroom. Since I've lived here I have been taken care of. Great customer service and they are willing to work with you. Maintenance is really fast. They came the next day that I reported a problem!

Alaris WAS a wonderful community to live however as of late it has really taken a turn for the worse. The maintenance is top notch, It’s the management office that’s the issue. Tre the manager, is polite but does not make good on his word. His politeness is way to appease you while he’s making idle promises. Joann is lazy and every time I have to deal with her, I feel like I’m being blown off. Christen is sweet but it appears she doesn’t pull any weight. Don’t bother leaving a message because ...
your call will not be returned. The previous office staff was far better and you could always count on someone being present or at least getting back to you. If you want peace and quiet then don’t move here either. They let the kids run rampant and play throughout the buildings yelling and screaming; although there is a designated play area. I work from home and it’s ridiculous that as a paying resident I can’t get that courtesy during working hours. The noise starts as early at 9am yet management is nonchalant at best b/c they don’t have to deal with it. Rent increases yet quality continues to decrease. The gate is always malfunctioning and the trash can also get out of hand. My bldg is right across from the compactor and you can imagine the sight/smell to walk out to if it’s not managed properly. I gave 3 stars only b/c the maintenance is that on point. If the things I mentioned concern you, then I’d think long and hard about moving here.

I moved here in April and it has been nothing short of excellent! The 3 bedrooms are spacious, the amenities, the pool is like a resort and this place has a movie theater! This is the best place I have ever lived. The rent is decently priced, and with everything here it's well worth the money! The maintenance staff are punctual. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Happy with my choice to move here!

Bed bugs

My siblings moved into an apartment and 2 days into living there they found bed bugs. They let the staff know and were told to wait until next week. I would not reccommend living here. Staff has been less than helpful and corporate has yet to call us back about this issue.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, prompt maintenance, nice apartments with decent quality appliances. Walls not too thin, but you can definitely hear neighbors if they get too loud. But overall, a very well maintained apartment with a nice, friendly community.
