December 1, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comTitle: Disappointing Experience at Albemarle Landing Apartments Rating: 1/5 stars I've lived at Albemarle Landing Apartments since July 2024, and unfortunately, my experience has been subpar. The biggest issue is the paper-thin walls and ceiling, which make it impossible to escape the constant noise from neighboring apartments. Every cough, dishwasher cycle, and washer spin is audible, not to mention the noise from people using the bathroom at night. Furthermore, the property has a ...significant smoking issue, with residents frequently smoking on the steps and leaving behind nasty ashes. The management has been a revolving door, with four different property managers and two property manager assistants since July 2024. The regional manager seems to wield absolute power and always claims to be right, even when faced with evidence to the contrary. The office staff appears disorganized, having lost three different items of mine since July 2024. Overall, I would not recommend Albemarle Landing Apartments to anyone seeking a peaceful and well-managed living environment.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
