It's reasonably priced, an excellent location, and the staff and maintenance team are always professional and quick to respond to concerns and issues. The apartments are nice, the grounds are well kept, and it's gated so I feel safe here. I like that we are a 55 community and the residents are very friendly and welcoming. December 1, 2025I’ve lived here for two months so far and couldn’t be happier. I love my apartment, and the amenities are wonderful. The pool and theater are my favorites. My maintenance needs have been met very quickly every time. There’s usually something fun going on in the common areas, with lots of planned events and activities. Just about every restaurant and store you would ever want to go to is within a mile radius, many are within walking distance.
