The manager does not speak English her Spanish is unprofessional NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS RUDE , Never in the office, When in the office always gossiping with other tents ALWAYS CAUSING CONFLICT, apartments look great from the outside but are disiving VERY small ANY repair are just minimal infested with roaches and spider RENT GOES UP EVERY YEAR, DO NOT RENT (main office won't resolve no issues ignore them. avoid renting here Very dissappointed.

I applied months ago I turned in all paperwork that the new manager had requested went out of my way to follow up with her manager said she had a unit ready when I presented her with all the paperwork she then proceeded to tell me that she had to still run my credit when I asked what she was looking for on the credit she basically mention all she was looking for was any evictions which I knew I never had any when she ran my credit she noticed that I had an outstanding credit card bill she ...

notified me right away I let her know that I had my identity stolen and that was part of it she denied my application .. It makes no sense to me she first said there was a unit then she was iffy about it when I presented her with all the paperwork and then she ran my credit and said no because you have an outstanding credit card again I mentioned to her you never mentioned this but OK no problem I will move elsewhere I honestly think she was been not interested in renting out to me or my family which I think that's discriminating.. When I mentioned to her that I can clear that off my credit but for her to give me some time she basically told me no she blamed it on the owner of the property no he does not want to rent out to you I said OK no problem I let her know that she never mentioned any of this but I will never and I will not recommend this property to anyone...

This was my first apartment and honestly I could have done better. 3 stars given because the price isn't too bad for the location. $800 a month pet friendly and walking distance from kaiser hospital and tons of shopping is what sold me. The apartment is nice sized the rooms and kitchen are very spacious. The new manager is doing tons of maintenance (much needed as the previous manager really lacked in that department). However I must say it is a little dated, only two of my windows have screens, ...

and there are TONS of kids running around the place at almost every hour. Once again the new manager helped control this a little but kids will be kids. Overall if the standard of your living space isn't top notch (I was looking for cheap and closer to work over standard of living) it's an OK place.
