I like how big my one bedroom apartment is . The pools are and gym are welcoming. The landscape is kept nice and the beautiful trees are wonderful to see all around this quaint apartment complex .

seems great so far! my apartment had a squeeky closet door and the washer was missing the filter, but the maintainance people were on it right away! and someone left me a cute door mat!

The first impression is holding strong. Moving here caused some trepidation. New experience. Home owner most of my life and then renting before here, I was used to "doing it myself." Not here. The outside your door garbage pick up is a great perk, and maintenance takes pride in getting things done in a hurry, and doing them right.

I've lived in the community for 3 months now. The office and maintenance staff are nice and professional. They communicate with us timely for repairs and maintenance programs, pool and hot tub news, etc. The office has hosted a community gathering and reaches out to us. The community itself is quiet and safe.

Moved here last year and still, I find this as a good place to live, simple as it is but beautiful. Neighborhood is so far quiet, and location is very convenient. Management addresses concern and question readily, and responds to maintenance service request promptly.

I enjoy living at Alderwood park so much it has been seven years ( and I just renewed until year eight). The staff is so nice and helpful and the area is close to so many things while having decently reasonable rent.
