April 4, 2025Alderwood park is a great place to live for the location. The trees everywhere make it even better. Been here two years and my only complaint isn’t related to the complex as a whole. Just bad neighbors that the complex staff won’t do much about. Suppose that risk is anywhere though. The prices were reasonable at the beginning, but the market has wildly inflated that. The kicker is here though that they’ll charge you extra for potential water damage every month, even if your renters insurance ...covers that. So…that’s fun.Property Manager Responded

March 12, 2025During my time here, the staff has always been friendly. Especially the property managers. Sometimes they notice things before we do and have been quick to call us to help get it fixed.
