Disappointed
May 1, 2025I have been living here for a few months; picked this place most importantly because it was supposed to be a smoke free complex. So no one should smoke in their apartment or anywhere on the property, but unfortunately that is far from being the case. I have addressed it several times with the management but nothing has been done about this situation . I’m very disappointed.Property Manager Responded

April 2, 2025I must say, I'm incredibly impressed with Aldridge Town Village! From the moment I arrived, the location stood out it's convenient, peaceful, and just feels like home. But what really made the experience special was the amazing customer service I received from Angel and Mary. They were both so welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. From getting me situated to answering every question with a smile, they’ve made the entire transition smooth and stress free. Now, let’s talk about the apartment ...it's absolutely lovely and honestly more than I expected. I was shocked in the best way! to discover a washer and dryer in the unit, which I don’t even recall being mentioned beforehand. That surprise alone made my day. And the high ceilings and huge doors, total game changer. As someone who gets claustrophobic in tight spaces, those features immediately made the apartment feel open, airy, and comfortable. All in all, I’m beyond happy with my decision to move here. A Step Above all Others
September 19, 2024I have lived at Aldridge for almost 7 years in a 1 bedroom! I am leaving as I am getting married and moving into a house, that is the only reason! I would be here for another 7. Mr. James has been there since the beginning and he was still there as I was I was pulling out the last of my belongings to hand turn in the keys. Always a smiling face and knowledge of the property and very genuine and kind. However the entire team is superb. The newer team members seems to mesh very well also so ...Aldridge knows how to pick quality team members, respond promptly and professionally, and run a clean, complex. Love it here!
October 5, 2021I absolutely love living here. The staff here is super friendly and accommodating. They do so many fun things for the residents such as creating opportunities for community, weekly giveaways, and just letting the residents know that they are appreciated. I cannot say enough good things about this complex. BEST place to live!
October 5, 2021I have lived at Aldridge for almost 5 years now and it is the best place I’ve ever lived. The community is quiet, family friendly and beautiful! My unit is extremely spacious with huge walk in closets and gorgeous finishes. The maintenance staff is top notch. I rarely need assistance, but if a request is ever made it is normally taken care of the same day or definitely the next day. The office manager Lara and staff are so welcoming and friendly. Ideal Kennesaw Living
October 5, 2021Aldridge at Town Village is the perfect distance from everything. Shopping and dining can be reached on foot and all three major grocery chains in GA are less than a 5 minute drive away. The property is new and well designed with high ceilings and doors. The neighborhood is tidy and clean and the pool is maintained year round. These are signs of the unflinching high standards of maintenance team whom have never taken more that a few hours to fix whatever residents concern may be. It is rare ...that I have ANYTHING nice to say about apartment management of ANY facility but this simply is not the case here. Convenient and awesome
September 29, 2021I hadn't even toured the apartment before hand since I was moving to GA from out of state and was extremely pleased with the property when I got here, the ease of moving in and how mangment handled everything! They did an excellent job helping me find the perfect unit and welcoming in me and my kitten! Aldridge also has excellent amenities and they have recently started up fitness classes in the gym I plan on attending!Property Manager Responded
