I have been living here for a few months; picked this place most importantly because it was supposed to be a smoke free complex. So no one should smoke in their apartment or anywhere on the property, but unfortunately that is far from being the case. I have addressed it several times with the management but nothing has been done about this situation . I’m very disappointed.

it's absolutely lovely and honestly more than I expected. I was shocked in the best way! to discover a washer and dryer in the unit, which I don’t even recall being mentioned beforehand. That surprise alone made my day. And the high ceilings and huge doors, total game changer. As someone who gets claustrophobic in tight spaces, those features immediately made the apartment feel open, airy, and comfortable. All in all, I’m beyond happy with my decision to move here. Highly recommend Aldridge Town Village to anyone looking for a beautiful place to live with a warm, supportive team behind it.

We adore our cozy two bedroom, and are so appreciative of James B. and his service maintenance crew. They are always fast and efficient! Mr. James has been there since the beginning and he was still there as I was I was pulling out the last of my belongings to hand turn in the keys. I absolutely love living here. The staff here is super friendly and accommodating. They do so many fun things for the residents such as creating opportunities for community, weekly giveaways, and just letting the residents know that they are appreciated. I cannot say enough good things about this complex. I searched and browsed through MANY complexes prior to moving here, but this complex always caught my eye because it just felt like “home.”

I hadn't even toured the apartment before hand since I was moving to GA from out of state and was extremely pleased with the property when I got here, the ease of moving in and how mangment handled everything! They did an excellent job helping me find the perfect unit and welcoming in me and my kitten! Aldridge also has excellent amenities and they have recently started up fitness classes in the gym I plan on attending!
