May 21, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comSo far, so good and loving it. Above neighbor noise could be improved with more insulation. I would like to see the hallways getting vacuumed every so often. There has been a dead cockroach for 2 weeks by the stairwell closest to unit 4032.Property Manager Responded

We are expecting a baby and was able to get a transfer to a larger unit which was a really easy and smooth process. The property manager was so quick and helpful with the transfer process. We have enjoyed living in this community because it is safe, clean and beautiful. We have not had many maintenance issues, but when we do, they finish the work orders very quickly- usually within a day. Also the location is prime! So close to ...59/610 highways as well as the galleria and highland village. You can walk to highland village and central market and to many different restaurants.
