      Had such a good experience with Ronald. He initially gave me my tour of the community and he was extremely helpful and kind throughout the process. Alexan is such a beautiful place to be and hands down has some of the best amenities I’ve seen in a long time. So excited to be a new member of this community!

      So far, so good and loving it. Above neighbor noise could be improved with more insulation. I would like to see the hallways getting vacuumed every so often. There has been a dead cockroach for 2 weeks by the stairwell closest to unit 4032.

      Life is great at The Alexan! People are respectful, polite, and professional. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The location is very convenient. The gym is fully equipped. The pool, along with the other facilities is spectacular!       The building is nice, but the dog park and other amenities do not get kept up with. Once this is fixed, I believe I’ll be happy with my decision to move here, but I feel a bit regretful as this is the amenity I use the most.
