March 20, 2026I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment so far. The staff are always polite, responsive, and helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and have a beautiful, modern design that makes the space feel comfortable and welcoming. I especially appreciate the trash pickup service—it’s very convenient and makes daily life much easier. January 10, 2026Alexan River Oaks is a great place to live - very good location, very safe, great staff, great amenities. Please be aware, walls are THIN.
