      Safe community to reside in! I enjoy the fact that there is an on call courtesy officer, Officer Brown to handle noise issues and complaints. The property doesn’t experience much crime which is also a bonus! Overall I would definitely recommend this property.

      No issues, mgmt always available and maintenance team on point. Building has food trucks and steak nights. Pool area / bbq area beautiful wish there were more cabanas and more outdoor fridges

      Had such a good experience with Ronald. He initially gave me my tour of the community and he was extremely helpful and kind throughout the process. Alexan is such a beautiful place to be and hands down has some of the best amenities I’ve seen in a long time. So excited to be a new member of this community!

      So far, so good and loving it. Above neighbor noise could be improved with more insulation. I would like to see the hallways getting vacuumed every so often. There has been a dead cockroach for 2 weeks by the stairwell closest to unit 4032.
