No Complaints! I moved in May 2026, a little over 3 months later and I'm really happy with my choice. I read all the reviews, looked at some of the other nice buildings in the area, and did all the pros cons before making my choice to move here from SF. I think it must boil down to this - it sounds like old management had some issues but the current management has been great imo. I've had a couple of maintenance requests (like a light bulb or I accidentally unplugged my dishwasher lol) and every ...
time they've shown up within 24 hours and have been extremely friendly and helpful. I love my apartment, mail and overall security has felt totally fine for me in the building, facilities are generally clean (really enjoy the dog area so I don't have to go outside late), and everyones been really kind, etc.
The only downsides: parking the tenant parking is full so I pay to park monthly at a different garage just a block over and tbh I actually prefer this garage for security so maybe thats not a negative? The other thing is the noise, its a busy neighborhood and when your windows are open, especially on the weekends, it can get a bit noisy. On the flip side lot's of great bars, restaurants, a smoothie spot, whole foods, etc. so it's a give and take.
It's been a great spot and if you're a normal person who can accept the normal things that come with living in a big apartment complex in a busy neighborhood you will be totally happy with your choice.
