May 17, 2021Alexander Village is a wonderful place to stay. The location is very convenient, as I can quickly access I-85 within around 2 to 3 minutes. The community is absolutely beautiful and the maintenance team ensures the grounds are kept clean. This makes for a wonderful walk around the neighborhood. The leasing staff are always friendly and quickly respond to requests. The area I stay does not have too loud neighbors and overall I have enjoyed my stay here. It should be noted that there are a few ...noise issues if you are sensitive to sounds like I am. Sometimes neighbors do slam their doors due to the hinges on the doors. You also may be able to hear your neighbor walk under you if they are heavy footed, (as I stay on the 3rd floor but can hear my neighbor walk under me.) The pond area is beautiful but during spring, summer and fall their are frogs in the pond that are extremely loud. But again, no community is perfect, but I have truly enjoyed residing at Alexander Village and would recommend it to others. Inside the apartment is also truly beautiful as well.Property Manager Responded
