June 2, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comMy rating for this apartment complex is very poor. I have faced repeated heating and AC problems. The heat did not work properly during winter, and I was without a working AC for nearly 3 months (March, April, and May). Despite numerous maintenance requests, I was repeatedly told it was a warranty issue and that they were waiting on the company. After months of delays, the problem remained unresolved.
