My rating for this apartment complex is very poor. I have faced repeated heating and AC problems. The heat did not work properly during winter, and I was without a working AC for nearly 3 months (March, April, and May). Despite numerous maintenance requests, I was repeatedly told it was a warranty issue and that they were waiting on the company. After months of delays, the problem remained unresolved. Prospective tenants should carefully consider the property's maintenance response and repair ...

These apartments are not worth the money we are paying the maintenance men never know what they are doing I been having problems with different things in this apartment since I been living here.

there ok people the trash cleaners do there job but its to much to stay and that little apartment and they keep going up on rent thats why people are moving now and its so much drama there i dont recomend going here unless you wanna hear yelling and see drama every other week and something is almost wrong with it evry month and it gets tirering but is nice to kids
