    If you need a roof over your head, it's fine. If you want quality management, appliances and groundskeeping, run. I have yet to have a good encounter with management, they are rude and incredibly unhelpful. There is garbage, broken glass and dog poop ALL over the grounds, the grass gets a foot tall before it gets mowed, and to top it off the pool didn't open this summer at all. The neighbors keep mostly to themselves, but not in a nice way. If I could afford to break my lease, I wouldn't think ...

    Awful awful awful apartments. Work orders go unfulfilled, so all minor repairs are up to the tenant to fix. Rent is grossly overpriced for the units, and when we gave a 30-day notice to vacate, the management office backpedaled and stated that notice actually has to be given on the first of the month. No option for prorate was considered. Management office also refused to give corporate number. Customer complaint forms are your next best option, but they do not reply to those. We tried that. ...
    Seriously, how does it take over 6 months to replace kitchen bulbs? They still haven't been replaced, so I've been cooking in the dark. What a life. Also, the only option for rental insurance is through... their own insurance company. Not sketchy in the slightest.

    If you're interested in appliances leaking, windows not working, maintenance tickets taking months to address, poor snow removal, and annual increases in rent, then this place is for you. If you want a property management company who is fully staffed and timely in their responses, I recommend any other apartment complex charging this amount for rent.

    Over priced lacking any services for snow removal, grass grows to your knees before being cut, winters parking lot is terrible with minimum care. Window leaking, dishwasher is broke, moved in not even a month air went out know again this summer air is out. Terrible services in the office, crappy neighbors who complain over nothing. Run away. Save your money.

    It is very expensive to start. I moved in and have non stop maintenance issues the entire year. Both sinks replaced, leaking washer, leaking from upstairs apartment, leaking windows (which ruined my stuff and they didn't offer to cover anything and took over 4x of having maintenance come and they still leak when it rains hard), and the office does not document things when you verbally tell them so make sure you have a paper trail of EVERYTHING that happens and you discuss. They are expensive ...
    apartments that were cheaply built and cheaply taken care of. Often garbage on the street and around the buildings. Floors in the apartment are uneven and patches are cheaply applied. You constantly hear cars racing on hwy 61 at all hours of the night. It is so loud and hard to sleep through, especially if you have children that are light sleepers. It all looked nice at first and I was excited to move in. However, once I did I completely regret it. It is most certainly not worth what you pay.

  • An incredibly nice frat house

    Facility itself is nice & clean. Maintence team is quick & really helpful. BUT my entire building has smelt like pot since I moved in over the summer, I’ve complained to management on multiple occasions and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. At times the smell is so bad it’s actually nauseating.

    The price is a little high but that keeps the neighborhood safe and place where I can keep my vehicles outside without worrying about them, so I think that makes it worth it. Maintenance is always there soon after we call if we have a problem, and we can never hear our neighbors so that's a plus.
