This is a major safety hazard for the property to remain like this. Thought I would relay the message for the third time since I have lived there. Monthly fees for work never done!
May 5, 2023They charge all the tenants $5 monthly pest control service but they’ve yet to go into units to do the job. Granted it’s fairly new but why continue to charge this fee and collect over $12000 a year.Property Manager Responded
