Aliso is the perfect community

I recently moved in and have already been really impressed with the community and the improvements being made! I’m especially excited about the new gate being added to the dog park. I’ve noticed that a lot of people use the dog park — even some who don’t live here — so I’m really looking forward to it being more enclosed and secure. It’s currently being built, and I can already tell it’s going to make such a difference for residents and their pups. The cleanliness of the building really stands ...
out too. The hallways, elevators, and common areas are consistently tidy and well maintained, which makes coming home every day feel comfortable and cared for. Maintenance has also been great — they’re responsive and you can always see them around the property fixing things and keeping everything in good shape. Overall, it truly feels like management is investing in making the community better for everyone, and that makes a big difference!

Have lived in this community since 2019 and have to say that Marina and her entire team from Greystar are the best managers we’ve had since the original opening. They’ve made some awesome improvements to the property and amenities are always well taken care of now. More importantly front desk staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Also want to shout out Jose from the maintenance team who knows his stuff and always communicates and fixes any issues that arise quickly and with a smile. DTLA ...
Arts District is pretty great place to live (as a former westsider never thought I’d say that lol).

My boyfriend and I were searching for something new, fun and that had a great community and luckily we found ALISO! Upon walking in, the staff and even the residents were so nice. Mia who helped us so much, did a great job at showing us the property and amenities and we quickly fell in love that we applied for the unit the same day! Aliso is clean, fresh and so convenient to all the great food and bars just right outside! You will love it too!
