Really disappointed. Apartment was supposed to be refurbished and wasn't. Washer has been broken for over two months, screen in one bedroom mirror is gone, oven is missing a rack. I don't plan to renew my lease, as much as I hate moving.

Kid friendly community with a pool, gym and nice upgraded apartments. Mostly quiet neighborhood close to many places but safer than north Everett. Only negative is there is little parking I pay 45 dollars a month to park across the complex from my apartment or I would have to worry about if there would be a spot to park for the night, some people just park in the middle of road making it harder to navigate.

Well on January 7, 2026 there was water coming out of the ceiling by my laundry, the maintenance worker said Oh it's just going to have to dry out and left the next day it was coming down a lot more, he came back and said well I'm going to have to check the apartment above you, after 2 hours he came back and put two holes in my ceiling one above the laundry one in the master bathroom then they went to the neighbor above me came back and said they don't have a leak I don't know where it's coming ...
from then they said they would have to get a plumber to come in, 6 hours later they finally came with two plumbers. The plumbers made a bigger hole than they went upstairs because they found the leak, and haven't been back since today is April 18th I've put in multiple maintenance requests told the people in the office three times nobody has come. Nobody.

Where to begin. Our apartment flooded twice in less than a year, resulting in black mold in one of our bedrooms. It took MONTHS for any sort of drywall repair, and their solution to the black mold was wiping it off of the walls. Our fridge and dishwasher were both broken within a few months as well. Need a maintenance issue fixed? GOOD LUCK. They’ll either mark your request as complete without even entering the apartment, or they’ll do such a poor job of fixing the issue that you’ll be putting in ...
a new request within days. Cars constantly get broken into, and don’t get me started on the terrible parking situation. Our final straw was someone peeping through our windows, leaving chairs and lights outside our bedroom window, etc. We ended up contacting the regional manager to break our lease early.
