I really enjoy living here and appreciate all the updates and renovations that are being done. The only issue I’ve noticed is an ongoing problem with ants and spiders. Despite my efforts—using sprays and even fumigation—they continue to appear, and a visible line of ants can often be seen coming from outside into the house. I believe a thorough pressure wash of the exterior could be very helpful. As someone who is very clean, it’s frustrating and a bit unsettling to deal with these pests, ...
especially since I take care to keep my home tidy.

Well I’ve lived here for 13 yrs and very rarely needed maintenance but 10 days ago I submitted a maintenance request for window blinds and our dishwasher is broke. Haven’t heard a word! Call office and was waiting for a call back, 15 minutes turned into never! Completely disappointed! 13 yrs of living here and the least thing would of been a courtesy call or email, some sort of communication that let us know we matter as tenants!
