DO NOT MOVE HERE
April 3, 2024The walls are paper thin. Management does not answer emails. The common areas are often dirty. The common bathrooms are disgusting. The workout room is dusty and dirty. The fire alarm system is broken so the fire alarm goes off sporadically multiple times a week, mine would love to go off at 3AM and or while I was in a meeting since I work from home. The alarm is so loud it makes your ears ring. Additionally, each time the alarm goes off the fire department comes so you must explain to them the ...alarm system is broken and there is no real fire. This issue has been going on since Nov 2023 and its now April 2024. Management does not give updates on this issue, you are expected to reach out to them and they never respond to emails in a timely manner. Also, once the alarm goes off you have to put in a maintenance request so that someone can come and turn it off. You have to wait AT LEAST as hour for them to come, if its the weekend you have to wait longer. My alarm went off at 3am one day and no one turned it off until after 8am!! I never even got an apology from anyone! This place SUCKS and its definitely way too expensive for all the issues. They have a VERY high turnover rate, most tenets leave after a year! Save your money and move somewhere else!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Paper thin walls
February 13, 2022The cheapness and thinness of the walls will make a grown person go insane. This, mixed with many peoples inconsideration and large dogs making nonstop noises, I suggest finding somewhere else to live. I do not write reviews ever, but I would wish someone did about this before I moved in.Review from Apartments.com

Nice places. If you can ever move in.
October 7, 2021These were supposed to be ready Sept 1 but everyone who signed a lease is now stranded with no end in sight. Look elsewhere if you want a place any time soon.Review from Apartments.com
