Terrible Complex
March 16, 2026Price is not worth the pain of living there. $130 a month in misc apartment fees outside of rent, loud streets at night, trash all over complex, impossible to reach leasing office, old barely functioning appliances, cockroaches, and while I lived there we had several emails regarding car break ins.Review from Apartments.com
Well-Maintained Convenient
August 23, 2021The managers are professional and handle things as expected. Well-maintained property, inside and out, and conveniently located. There can be some unsavory people at times who are disruptive, approached us to gossip about other residents, typically someone none of them knew. Someone from the office does this as well, which can be a bit awkward. It can create an unwanted distraction that probably can happen anywhere. People should respect others' privacy and units. It is apartment living. ...People are coming and going all the time. Other than that, it is in a walkable, runnable, and bikeable area, paths all over, as well grocery stores and restaurants close by.Property Manager Responded

Great place
July 13, 2020both managers are awesome and on top of everything. When i was working on trying to find another place, we had some issues that they went overboard and worked overtime to help us resolve. Jennifer and deka kept us well informed and for the first time i didnt have to call them back for information. Instead they always either emailed or called me instead with what was going on and if something wasnt right then they explained well and had patience with us til the stuff was done. Maintaince team here ...are champs. Always up to speed and unless they are just slammed they will have your issue fixed within 20 minutes of the work order. If theyre unable to they will let you know personally and even tell you whats going to happen. When they go into your unit if you tell them about another problem they will even go out their way and fix that too trying to make sure your taken care of. They have a great mail system that unless your not a resident, you always have access to the non regular mailboxes by another app. The office may not always have a great response time with calls but they are great with emails. Like all of cali, the rates may suck, their late rent fee is lower than most places, its in great area much closer to everything your looking for instead of being 20 minutes from the closest grocery store even though your in a tri city. Management will screw you over.
August 11, 2017The complex is decent but management really screwed me over. They have a policy that if you do not move your car within 3 days it can be towed. As a businessman, I travel a lot and was gone for a while. My car was towed with no warning from the complex. I was notified by a debt collector that I owed $4K to the towing company for obtaining, storing and selling my car. All because this complex has a stupid policy to tow your car in 3 days. The apartment complex did nothing to help because they were ...just following guidelines. Sure, they were just following the policy, but I just think you should know that they have this policy and its terrible and you could very easily get screwed living here. Amazing Allegria
November 2, 2015If you're looking for a quiet, blissful, and dependable place of living, Allegria is for you. Maintenance is always on time and ready to help- whether the task is big or small, doesn't matter, they'll be there. Neighbors are friendly. The apartments are unbelievably clean. Dogs are picked up after, dumpsters always gated and maintained, loose trash manages to get picked up by staff or neighbors just wanting to keep the place clean. They have a trash service to pick up your trash at night, it's ...really simple and easy and so convenient.
