Problems, poor management, and now over priced.
August 12, 2024New management recently took over and now there are multiple issues that are not being addressed. Months to get repairs done. Roaches have been an ongoing problem since we moved in, and have had to take my own precautions to address the issue. Damages to the apartment when we moved in have still not been address years after moving in. Rent recently gone up over $400 in less than 2 years. Repair technicians are rude, unfriendly and don't fix the issue. Townhomes have exterior gaps in siding that ...allow bugs to crawl into the walls. Birds get into exterior air vents, and management has been made aware multiple times with preventative care. Management provides no assistance in updating townhouses. The best neighbors are moving out due to continuous issues. New renters play music loud on workdays, have obnoxiously loud mufflers are their vehicles, and are not considerate of their neighbors. Only Pro is the location, close to the hospital. I do NOT recommend unless you are willing to overpay for poor managements, unenjoyable neighbors, and bugs.Property Manager Responded
