    Allez is very conveniently located in Redmond! Close to the walking/biking trail, bus lines (King County Metro and Sound Transit), the public library, Trader Joe's, and grocery store. The community amenities are great (gym, common areas, lockers for packages), and I love the trash butler program (very convenient).

    I love living here at Allez. It is like a big family. The managers are friendly and patient and professional. The friendly maintenance experts Ken and Justin are highly skilled in their field, and I never have to worry about anything and feel confident and comfortable when they enter the premises because they are so trustworthy.     We are loving our time living at Allez. The building and grounds are well kept and the unit itself is well appointed. The few minor maintenance issues we've had were handled promptly and professionally. The rent is fair for the market and location. And speaking of location - it cannot be beat. The property backs up to the fantastic Sammamish River Trail, and yet is literally only a few blocks to every conceivable service - grocery, restaurants, community center, library, pet stores, banks, ...
