    We are loving our time living at Allez. The building and grounds are well kept and the unit itself is well appointed. The few minor maintenance issues we've had were handled promptly and professionally. The rent is fair for the market and location. And speaking of location - it cannot be beat. The property backs up to the fantastic Sammamish River Trail, and yet is literally only a few blocks to every conceivable service - grocery, restaurants, community center, library, pet stores, banks, ...
    bars, health care of all sorts, and of course coffee galore (including a great spot right in the building). Allez is the perfect balance of modern urban convenience and access to nature and the outdoors.
