Great place to live
October 13, 2024We had a quick and easy application process. We were able to choose our move in date. We have b been in our apartment since December 2023 and enjoy the comfort of our place and we have access to all of the amenities offered. We did have to place a request for our furnace filters and the request was filled in less than 24 hours. The staff in the leasing office reply promptly to any questions or concerns.Property Manager Responded

BEWARE
September 29, 2023Writing this review as a new resident. I moved in to my apartment on 9/22/23. The apartments are beautiful inside, and the area is safe. BEWARE of the property management- I notified them immediately of a rotten egg smell coming from my water line that made the house smell disgusting and made my family nauseous after we tried to let the water run to run the smell out. Maintenance never came, and only TEXTED on 9/26/23 to run some water down the drain lol. THEY NEVER CAME OUT. I had family in ...town to help me move, and none of us could shower, brush our teeth, or even wash our hands in this place due to the smell, which had a horrible impact on my move, and Ardent Communities does not care. They'll get you in the door but now I'm wondering what type of place this will be to live in...Property Manager Responded
