Awful unprofessional property "rental specialists"

These people are the definition of unprofessional, uncaring and money grubbing and I haven't even moved in yet! I was trying to check out some property they had in the dead center of North Philly badlands because the video they sent (clearly from when the place was newly renovated) was convincing enough to want to check it out.
The day they scheduled the viewing happened to be during a major flash flood throughout the city and when I informed the specialist I would be late due to the flooding ...
on major highways, she said it was fine. After GPS mishaps and the specialist telling me only when I was 5 minutes away that all of sudden she had another appointment to keep and would have to leave soon but that I was still fine to come, the specialist leaves the property I wanted to look at as I'm telling her I'm around the corner and texts me to tell me to reschedule if I'm still interested.
If this genius was in such a time crunch with her schedule, then she should've mentioned that and requested I reschedule when I first said I would be late due to driving during a flash flood! Instead they would rather play games and waste my time and have me waste over an hour driving out to the middle of North Philly! Worse yet, they claimed they would reach out to me to reschedule after I complained about this unprofessional behavior only to never call me.
What a bunch of petty, unprofessional, and lousy people just after a quick buck! If they're so scared of being at their own properties in North Philly, then they shouldn't manage any!
