NO POOL/SPA. 4 YEARS "Under Construction!!”
Laundry randomly closes before posted time 12-7am.
No Trash after 10pm-7am, so you can’t cook/clean smells up after work, or before leaving in the morning.
No Lobby Restroom or Trashcan.
Random private Fire Alarms all night.
POOL Deck Doesn’t even Open until 10am, just in case you want to sit around an Ugly Orange Construction fence..

One bedroom and one bath apartment close to beech, Kapiolani Park, stores and restaurants. Beautiful view and weather year round. A cozy space in paradise.
