About Alpha Property Management (Alpha Rentals)
Thanks for checking out Alpha's places for July/August! We own multiple complexes and homes in Carbondale, Makanda, and Herrin. If you're looking for a one, two, three, or four bedroom, we have something to suit everyone! Whether you want to be within walking distance to SIU, or in a quiet country location less than 10 minutes from town, one of our places can be your new home. All locations include full size washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, fridge, central heat/air, ceiling fans, and front door entrance to your home. Cats are happily accepted at all locations, and dogs at certain locations (please call us for further pet details). Rent at our complexes also includes trash removal, lawn care, and free parking for you and your guests. Please give us a call to schedule a personal tour, as we never show models, only the actual home you can rent.

Beware
August 31, 2018Do not rent from this place. Check reviews on other websites and you will find the same thing. They will try and keep as much of your security deposit as much. My place was clean and they still charged me for the number of paper towels and ounces of cleaning product used in addition to the actual cleaning. Any problems or damages they listed were there when I moved in and recorded on the sheet they provide you with at the beginning of your lease.
