April 19, 2025I like the space other than the lack of windows. The building has been infested with roaches since I moved in eight months ago they come and do the bare minimum then leave. It’s hard to get a hold of any maintenance or property management. I would highly recommend to demand to be shown the apartment you’re going to move into because they show you a nice apartment then move you into a bad one when we moved in washer and dryers were broken, my bedroom window was broken and still broken. They also ...will continue to have you put in $25 maintenance request for things they should have fixed when you moved in. Easy move in, nice unit
April 10, 2025Super nice in the inside, move in was totally remote for me. Haylee in the office is OUTSTANDING. From my first call to check on the apartment in January through my move in. Day 1 we discovered the washer was broken, they were on it in minutes, day 3-4 my HVAC unit went out. Todd with maintenance was here within 2 hours, left me space heaters. The next day an HVAC company was here taking measurements to replace the entire unit. No fuss no nonsense! Not worth the hassle
July 27, 2023Has Mold!!!! Hard to get any maintenance done when needed. No sunlight on bottom floors. They show you the best apartment they have then give you a worst and whole different apartment after signing lease.ugh.Property Manager Responded

Outdated, poorly maintained but cheap
August 3, 2022This is a great starter apartment. It is not family friendly as there is no space for children to play. Tenants with dogs don’t pick up after them. Grounds are not kept, besides cutting the grass, the garbage areas need to be cleaned or at least the excess garbage picked up. There is only one maintenance man and he is respectful but often comes smelling like beer. Office staff is respectful but curt at times. Many of the buildings have a roach and ant infestation. Exterminators come and “spray” ...in under a minute. There are other places you can rent besides here but if you’re desperate then it’s okay. All the neighbors are inconsiderate of others and the fact that we live in a shared space.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
