My husband and I lived here 4 years and had great experiences with maintenance (Shoutout to Woody and Harry, you guys are the best!!) and admin was responsive and kind too -quiet, beautiful neighborhood, could not recommend enough as a great affordable place to live in the Hershey area!

Maintenance crew is very quick and polite. Robin is extremely kind and diligent in the office. You can tell she cares and listens. Entire staff provides a very friendly family atmosphere. It is very peaceful and quiet here. Excellent place to live!

Alpine Heights is a quite and cozy community surrounded by woods and pleasant neighbors. Days and nights here are very quite and peaceful. The neighbors and staff are very friendly.
Maintenance is very responsive and at the very least assesses, if not, resolves issues within 24hrs or less.
The kitchen utilities aren't the most modern, but they work well and never gave us a problem!
Heating, AC, washers and dryers were relatively new and worked flawlessly. I have rented several other ...
apartments/homes before and never was satisfied with these. Nice job Alpine!
Robyn, the office manager, is quick to respond, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable/understanding.
The location is great, situated near a park with several sports fields, a pond, a walking/biking trail, Hershey Medical, and restaurants/grocery stores/gas stations all within 5mins driving.
My s/o and I lived here for a year with our cat and would have stayed longer had our job locations not changed. We were fortunate enough to move into one of their more newly renovated units, and the price is very good for what you get! They continue to update the units and pay attention to the tenants needs. I would recommend Alpine to anyone looking for something affordable and cozy.

I only lived at Alpine Heights for a year as I transitioned to the area, but it was such a lovely place to call home during this time. A few benefits of living here include the scenic woods, quiet atmosphere, close to the Med Center, and most importantly the great property staff. The staff were always very attentive, responsive, and willing to help with any issues, maintenance or not, that came up. Definitely one of Hershey's best kept secrets!

This is a great place to live. The area is quiet even though it is almost directly behind the Hershey Medical Center. There are woods behind my apartment where I frequently see deer. The management (Robyn & Woody) is responsive and always go above and beyond.
