October 25, 2020Urban, industrial-warehouse loft apartments in a small-town setting. Originally a cotton mill and furniture manufacturing warehouse, the developer has truly transformed this property into the most unique and well-appointed living experience in Morganton. From the moment I set foot on the property almost 2 years ago, I knew this was the place for me. The entire staff has been most attentive and always willing to accommodate. Don’t be fooled by the looks.
January 15, 2020While this apartment looks very nice and seems to have a modern and nice look, I would never recommend! You have neighbors that smoke in their apartment, you can hear every conversation and footstep, and management/owner does absolutely nothing to correct. The heat from the giant windows in the summer is relentless. Roaches throughout the building. Owner only has their wallet in mind.Review from Apartments.com
