Urban, industrial-warehouse loft apartments in a small-town setting. Originally a cotton mill and furniture manufacturing warehouse, the developer has truly transformed this property into the most unique and well-appointed living experience in Morganton. I love living here! My apartment is cozy and well done! Any time I've had a maintenance need, Wes gets here quickly and resolves the problem immediately. I couldn't recommend living here more highly!

While this apartment looks very nice and seems to have a modern and nice look, I would never recommend! You have neighbors that smoke in their apartment, you can hear every conversation and footstep, and management/owner does absolutely nothing to correct. The heat from the giant windows in the summer is relentless. Roaches throughout the building. Owner only has their wallet in mind.
