I lived here for one year (2015-2016), in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment on the ground floor.
Before I moved in, they put in new wood floors, and new carpet in the 2 bedrooms. It was mostly clean, and I think the paint job was fresh, too. Every lamp worked.
It's very spacious. I had empty closets, and with the awesome dine-in kitchen, I had plenty of free cupboard space as well.
The balcony was elevated on the first floor, and faced woods just a few feet away. Very peaceful and gives a sense of
...privacy.
The only negatives are that the appliances are old, and the showers/tubs are for short people only.
For the first few months the unit above me was empty. Once someone moved in, I realized how lucky I had been. I could hear every word spoken, and was kept up by snoring every night from then on.
The pool is nice, and was enjoyed a lot during summer evenings. I'd give these guys a full 5 stars, except a lot of the facilities are not maintained. The tennis courts are cracked and overgrown with weeds, the gym is small and lacking in equipment. The pool chairs and tables are old, dirty and broken. But then again I also never asked them to improve on any if it.
Maintenence is great. Fast, friendly, and down to business!
Management is friendly, and I experienced no problems with them at any time. Honest and professional.
Overal a really good place to live. I'd recommend it!
