July 31, 2025When I first viewed this property I was very excited to move in, but all changed the day I moved in. Day 1 on move in day, I came to the leasing office and they informed me that my apartment was never supposed to be leased to me and they haven’t even gone through the final inspections for me to move in. Before coming I had spoke with someone in the office and I was informed that the apartment was ready, but it was not. During all of this I had already given them my security deposit of course and ...I had already paid for a U-haul and movers to move in my things that day. As an inconvenience they gave me a reserve parking spot for a full leasing term. As grateful as I was about the parking space, it still resulted in me loosing a lot of money between my U-haul and paying my movers. Also when I went to pay the first months of rent, i noticed that my renting portal was never restarted. I had the previous tenant bank information on the portal so when it was time to pay rent it attempted to pull from there account and not mine and it put me in NSF. After explaining that to the leasing office , they advised me that it was nothing they could do and moving forward , for this leasing term I could only bring them a cashiers check to pay rent. A few months later my truck was almost towed because they forgot to document my vehicle information down in their system concerning the courtesy parking spot they gave me. I didn’t receive any apology or anything from the office. They just came out took a picture of my plate and walked off. Currently a few weeks ago , I had a leak in my bathroom from a maintenance order they did not properly handle. I contacted the emergency maintenance 5 times and nobody came . I had to put a towel over my head to use the bathroom for over a week while water continued to leak. When the maintenance office finally responded , there alternative instead of prorating my rent, they offered to give me a vacant apartment to go use the bathroom. I told them yes, but after further thought I realized that is not safe especially walking into an unlocked property by myself any time of the night. Someone could follow behind me into the vacant property. So I went to a relative house for the week. Nevertheless my over experience has been completely horrible which is sad because the apartments are beautiful, but it is not worth the headache I’ve had to deal with regarding this apartment complex management.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 8, 2024professional friendly staff great customer service well kept grounds only complaint i have is i been l8ving her almost 2 and a half yrs and asked at least 4 times for the soap despensor to be fixed at the carwash . and as of today 11/7/24 . still no soap. its a part of the luxury emenities that i pay for monthly. I have to drive away from the premises and spend extra money elsewhere that i would rather utilize for at least my personal parking space.
