I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone considering moving here.
Although the building is supposedly less than a year old, it already feels poorly built and poorly maintained. There have been repeated water leaks that required walls to be opened up and replaced, appliances have had issues, and the garage door is constantly out of service. On top of that, the building almost always smells bad. Whether it’s in the hallways, common areas, or garage, there seems to be a persistent
...unpleasant odor that management either cannot or will not properly address.
The walls are also extremely thin, so noise travels constantly between units. You can hear neighbors talking, playing music, watching TV, and being loud late at night. Quiet hours do not seem to be enforced, and shared spaces are often treated with little respect by other residents.
Management has been one of the most frustrating parts of living here. Getting a response can take upwards of two weeks, even for legitimate concerns. For the amount of rent being charged, basic communication and follow-through should not be this difficult.
Between the bad smells, constant maintenance problems, poor noise control, broken amenities, and unresponsive staff, this has been a very disappointing experience. The building may look nice at first glance, but once you live here, the problems become obvious very quickly.
