Maintenance came to fix our AC that went out twice in a week. The repairs were not done correctly resulting in water damage. Now the residents of the apartment are being asked to make multiple accommodations for the Alta Piney Creek team to be able to make necessary repairs. We are being displaced from our home being offered a studio and one bed apartment, splitting the occupants to separate living areas without the amenity of internet service, which we pay for in our apartment. home when necessary. The other option was to temporarily place us in an unfurnished two or three bed apartment. I guess we are to sleep and sit on the floor for the week or more it will take for repairs. This has been a stressful burden that we had no part in causing. The management and ownership do not care about the impact this is having on the residents of the apartment. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN A LEASE AT ALTA PINEY CREEK!!
