June 30, 2025I am amazed at the quality and service here at Alta Purl. It's beyond my expectations. I have never lived in an apartment complex where I actually want to renew my lease another year and I absolutely will sign another lease. The maintenance team is so prompt and kind and not creepy which makes me feel safe as a woman living alone. The quality of the actual unit itself is top tier. I rarely hear my neighbors and if I do, it's so subtle. The other residents are all kind and respectful of our shared ...community. The leasing agents/staff are always available and don't try to dodge the residents like I've experienced at other complex's. Everyone that works here deserves a raise, okay?! June 30, 2025I was very excited when I moved in & told myself and the staff that I would never leave. I started having an issue with my neighbor upstairs regarding the excessive noise and I don’t feel that my concern was given the attention it deserved or needed. It’s still an ongoing issue for me. Because of this experience I will NOT be renewing my lease, I will NOT recommend this place to any of my friends and I will let everyone know about my experience if asked.Review from Apartments.com

June 30, 2025This is the first apt I decided to live in moving down to Charlotte and have loved it! The staff are always super friendly and accommodating, the amenities are great and there's ample guest parking on the top floor. I was the first person to move into my unit and have had no issues with the place. Being walking distance to Optimist Hall, Bird Song Brewery and Rosie's Wine Garden has been very convenient and great places to take friends and family when they visit!Review from Apartments.com

June 30, 2025Alta Purl has been great from the start. Aside from the apartment itself and amenities, I truly feel that there is a sense of community here. Residents attend and are excited to be at events (i.e. Thirsty Thursday), which I have not seen at any other apartment complex I have lived at in Charlotte. The whole team here is amazing, including maintenance and cleaning crew, leasing agents, and management. Any concern I have expressed has been taken into consideration and acted upon which is something ...that rarely occurs at apartment complexes.
