April 13, 2026I wouldn’t recommend! I have had issue after issue. MULTIPLE water damages to my personal belongings due to water pour from my ceiling numerous times. If you have pets then I would DEFINITELY not come here. There is broken glass all over the sidewalk, grass, and even the road. Not to mention all of the food and garbage that get thrown around, as well as reactive dogs not on leash. My partner and I have been chased by our neighbors 100lbs dog almost monthly if not once a week. Nothing a has been ...done, we have called and taken pictures of proof. Unfortunately we are still have to run to our cars because they won’t listen out do anything.Property Manager Responded

April 13, 2026The staff in the leasing office as well as all interactions with maintenance staff thus far have been unlike any other experience we’ve had. We toured many places before moving into Alta Springs and came across a lot of offices that didn’t care if we moved into Alta Springs, had a bad attitude or were otherwise just mean. Its not just a bunch of boxes, there are angles and a wet bar, lots of touches that makes it feel so unique. The community is quiet and the staff are so kind and wonderful. December 15, 2025Excellent and quiet complex with good facilities and security on duty and they are always there and I saw that they are always inspecting the complex and this creates a good feeling. And this complex has a good maintenance team and they are always responsive and try to fix any construction problems quickly if they arise.
