Our unit is wonderful, our neighbors are quiet and friendly, we have excellent rapport with the office staff, maintenance requests are handled quickly and completed in a timely manner. We love the location. Shopping and restaurants are conveniently close by. We pay for garage parking spots so we don’t worry about finding a parking spot or ...break-ins. The availability of garage parking and in-unit laundry are two of the best and most important amenities in my opinion. The Alta Springs management team works hard to ensure pricing is consistent with the market and they deliver great value when compared with similarly priced units in this area. I highly recommend this property to anyone who understands that apartment living is community living. If you have pets then I would DEFINITELY not come here. There is broken glass all over the sidewalk, grass, and even the road. Not to mention all of the food and garbage that get thrown around, as well as reactive dogs not on leash. My partner and I have been chased by our neighbors 100lbs dog almost monthly if not once a week. Nothing a has been ...done, we have called and taken pictures of proof.
