Applicant has the right to provide the property manager or owner with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the property manager or owner with a PTSR, the property manager or owner is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the property manager or owner to access or use the PTSR.

Its not just a bunch of boxes, there are angles and a wet bar, lots of touches that makes it feel so unique. The community is quiet and the staff are so kind and wonderful. December 15, 2025Excellent and quiet complex with good facilities and security on duty and they are always there and I saw that they are always inspecting the complex and this creates a good feeling. And this complex has a good maintenance team and they are always responsive and try to fix any construction problems quickly if they arise.
